Nudity is illegal on every beach in Pinellas County. As well as every beach is the state, under state law.

In Pinellas County, if you want to break the law, be aware, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law...

Public nudity in any form is not tolerated in Pinellas County. If you want to practice this type of behavior go to a county that tolerates it.

If your a nudist, don't vacation in Pinellas County, you will be prosecuted.

Editor Note: Thank you for the update! This is important as we here at discount Florida vacations are not nude beach goers and it's important to ensure that travelers who are into vacationing this way understand where if any there are acceptable areas to bare all so to speak so other vacationers and locals are not offended. Three Rooker Island, family beach
by: Anonymous

As with many local families, my family and I spend a great deal of time boating and enjoying the local beaches of St. Joseph's Sound including Three Rooker Island. Three Rooker is a beautiful place, set aside for family use and for the use by local and migrating birds and wildlife. My wife and I and our young children spend considerable time on Three Rooker and love it's sandy beaches and clear, warm waters.
You may notice that I use the work "family" quite a bit here. Three Rooker is NOT a nudist beach. It is a family beach and nudity is NOT legal there. I am not anti nudist in any way but, this a family beach at a state Park. So while you are enjoying a day at this beach, please keep your clothes on or go somewhere that is designated or accepted as a nudist area.

Thank you
