Experience the Magic of a Disney Cruise...
Decide if a taking a Cruise with Disney is best!!

Take a Disney Cruise and sail off for three or seven days to enjoy the
magic and wonder of both the cruise ship and the seas.
You have decided on a cruise for your Florida family vacations, but you are not sure whether you want
to enjoy a traditional cruise or wisk away on a Disney Cruise.
The kids are bugging you to see Mickey and the gang, but you aren't sure whether or not
it will suit you adults or maybe your teenagers? Well, we are here to answer a few of
those questions and help you to decide if a Disney Cruise is right for your vacation.
Read on and we'll help alleviate some of your concerns & discover the wonder of Disney on the open seas...
When you think Disney you think fun, excitement, and a world of magic that kids and sometimes adults crave!
I'll tell you first hand that whether you are 7, 17, or 47 a Disney Cruise could be for you.
You will experience fun, activities, relaxation, first class travel, romance, and anything you could
imagine from a cruise- well the Disney Cruise lines are no different.
Here is just a brief highlight of what you should expect...
- 3 or 7 night cruises to the Bahamas, Eastern, or Western Caribbean.
We recommend a 3 night combined with a few nights to find cool things to do in Orlando Florida or your beach of choice-
The two lines, the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder leave from Port Canaveral. The beauty of a cruise with Disney is you can have your
cake and eat it too!!
- All cruises visit Disney's private island, Castaway Cay where you can enjoy an array of
activities including snorkeling, parasailing, banana boats, and the beaches (which can
get crowded as an FYI).
- A Disney Cruise is great for families because there truly is something for everyone.
There are 11 decks full of kids programs, teen areas, pools, sports,
family fun, plenty of entertainment or relaxation, and more.
We aren't saying they are better than a traditional cruise, but you may find things to do
on a Disney ship versus another cruise ship.
- Choose from a variety of staterooms where almost half have private verandahs
and 75% are outside- not stuck in the dungeon.
- It has been rated as a first-class ship with great food for adults and kids alike.
Choose from buffets, ice cream, theme-based dinners, and so on.
- Finally, Ports of Call include, Nassau, St Maartens, St Thomas, Grand Caymen, Cozumel,
and other beautiful Caribbean and Florida vacation sites where you can enjoy shopping,
sightseeing, sunbathing, and other vacation adventures.
Now two major points we must emphasize when deciding on your Disney Cruise
are: Get all your questions answered & Read plenty of reviews.
I take reviews with a grain of salt because everyone is different and enjoys different
things, however I have seen a mix of great reviews and not-so-great reviews from
other travelers. This could be the difference between taking a Disney Cruise, a
traditional cruise, or a 3-day cruise.
Some questions that you will want to have answered are:
1. Cruise Ship, Types, and Iteneraries
2. Activities for everyone and Entertainment
3. Booking & Reservation - deals, terms, etc...
4. Dining, Rooms, Services, Special Care, & anything you'll need
5. Ports of Call - we only listed a few above
6. Preparation - packing, things to bring, etc...
7. Safety and Health concerns
8. Finally, making sure Kids, Teens, & Adults will have a good time!
This is just a short overview of what a cruise with Disney entails. This will
give you a good start on what to do, what questions to ask, and figure if sailing away with Disney
is right for your family vacation.
