Why You'd Want to Rent Beach Front Homes in Florida!!

Here's an awesome Beach Front Homes in FloridaRenting beach front homes in Florida might be the way to go for your discount Florida vacations!

If you need even more room, are traveling with a large group of people, want more luxury, or can't find the price you need on Florida beachfront rentals, then renting a beach house in Florida is a possibility.

Let me give you an example...
There were a couple of times we traveled to Florida in a large group. Once with some friends from college and another time with my whole family. We went to celebrate our grandparent's 50th wedding anniversary.

We found a luxurious home that fit all 18 of us. It was actually on one of the bays, but provided a short trip to the beach, a beautiful view, plenty of space, and lots of privacy to celebrate our time together.

We had a pool, multiple showers, plenty of parking space, hot tub, kitchen, a number of bedrooms, a pool table, and two decks. Man, it was awesome!! It ended up being cheaper to rent the home than everyone finding separate hotel rooms or condos. Plus, we were all together, still with plenty of privacy.

So, renting beach front homes in Florida should be considered when planning your Florida vacation. You can get one right on the Florida beaches or find a nice one (perhaps less expensive) off the beach or on one of the bays. If you own or want to rent Florida charters or jet skis, these homes usually provide nice areas/docks to store them and take off from- just something to consider.

Here are just a few more reasons why you should consider renting beach front homes in Florida...

1. Separate rooms. Sure you plan on spending time together. But, being in a confined hotel room or small condo may prove to be frustrating. Just consider what you plan on doing on your vacation.

Are you planning to do a lot of activities where you won't be in the room very often? Or, are you planning on relaxing and just getting away? If you don't plan on spending much time in your rental, then get a hotel or condo. If you plan on hanging out by the pool or beach and just relaxing during the trip, then a home rental is a viable option.

2. Kitchen. This is a great money saver and quite convenient. We all have to eat right? Why spend all your cash on eating out? What we always do is eat out once, maybe twice a day if not less, and cook in the kitchen the rest of the time.

Key West HomeFor instance, on our trip with the family, each couple was responsible for cooking one night. We each had a theme and had to plan and prepare a meal accordingly. One night we did American, the next was Mexican, or Italian, or whatever. It was a lot of fun and saved us all money to spend elsewhere.

We do always have to find an all you can eat crab though- no matter the price!!

3. Space. Obviously, beach front homes in Florida are going to offer more space. It just comes down to how much you need and your plans for your trip. Consider your options between hotels, condos, or homes. We suggest just getting whatyou need.

Also, determine how much privacy you would like. If you have kids and want to spendsome romantic time together on your Florida vacations, then you won't want a one-room hotel. Plus, if you don't wantto share one bathroom, then that should be a consideration. Even with 18 of us, weall had plenty of privacy.

4. Luxury. Beach front homes in Florida offer the luxurious extras you may notfind in a typical hotel room, suite, or condo. Items such as, yards, grills, patios, private pools and space, kitchens, hot tubs, great views, and more.
First class travel is always the way to go!

5. Cost. Yes, down to cost. Renting beach front homes in Florida could proveto be more affordable than hotels, condos, or Florida villas. It depends on which area you are visitingand how many people are traveling with you.

You may find it cheaper to rent a home, which is why we think you should consider it for your discount Florida vacations!!

A home rental is one option you need to consider. Just base your choice upon yourneeds and wants and weigh out the costs of going with a hotel, condo, home, or any other choice available.
